Innovation Born from Arctic Necessity

Founded in Tromsø, above the Arctic Circle, Sandprotreequ emerged from the unique challenge of growing fresh produce in one of the world's most demanding climates. Our location taught us that sustainable agriculture requires more than traditional methods—it demands innovation.

We recognised that the future of food production lies in controlled environment agriculture that can operate independently of climate, season, or soil quality. Our team of agricultural engineers and plant scientists developed vertical farming systems that maximise efficiency whilst minimising environmental impact.
